When will my order ship?
Most orders received before 3pm eastern time will ship same day. This does not apply
to orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Shipping time will depend on the
shipping option you choose. (Click here to see shipping options.) Please note that
during peak periods (Halloween, Christmas) orders may take longer to ship.

What is your Return Policy?
Items purchased from CostumeManiacs.com can be returned within 14 days from date
of delivery. You will be refunded for the cost of the merchandise only, excluding
any shipping and handling charges. Any returns received with missing items or without
original packaging will not be credited.
Non-returnable items
Items such as Mascot Costumes and special delivery props are non-returnable. ANY
item that requires special delivery is non-returnable.
The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original
packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered.
- Undergarments
- Socks and stockings
- Shoes & Boots. Please make sure that your shoes fit properly before you use them.
Shoes that show any signs of wear are not returnable
- Video tapes, CD’s and Books
- Eye lashes or Cosmetics
- Wigs, beards, mustaches, etc., or any other artificial Prosthetics, fangs or fake
teeth
- Any item that has been worn, used or altered
How can I return my order?
Returning your order is simple. To begin the process, please email us at customerservice@costumemaniacs.com
to request a Return Authorization form. Please include the following information
in your message:
- Your e-mail address
- Type “Return Request” in subject line
- Your order number
- The reason for the return (example: “defective”, “incorrect size” etc.)
You will receive a return authorization form via e-mail within 5 business days of
your request. You will also receive specific information regarding how to package
and ship your return. Please be sure to include a copy of this form in your return
shipment to ensure proper credit. Your return package must be post-marked within
14 days of the issuance of the return authorization form or your return will be
subject to a restocking fee of 15%. You will be responsible for the freight charges
on the return shipment.
How do I make changes to or cancel my order?
In order to ship your order as quickly as possible, your order is processed as soon as we
receive it. Therefore, we cannot make changes to or cancel your order after it has
been submitted on our website. Please double-check all of your address information,
the products you ordered, and the shipping method you’ve chosen before you submit
your order. If an error is made, we need you to receive the order and return it
(if the return policy allows) for a refund. We are unable to refund your cost of
shipping and handling if you decide that you do not want an order after it has been
sent to the warehouse for processing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may
cause.
Is it safe to place my order online?
CostumeManiacs.com has taken every precaution to ensure a safe and satisfying shopping
experience. After all, we want you to come back! We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
encryption to ensure that your personal information is kept confidential. CostumeManiacs.com
does not sell any of your information to third parties.
What are my payment options?
Costumemaniacs.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Bank
check cards and ATM cards are also accepted as long as they display the logo of
one of the major credit cards above.
How do I know if I’m ordering the correct size?
If there are different sizes available, the size options will appear in the drop
down menu. If there are no size options, the item is a “one-size fits most.” Different
manufacturers can vary their sizing slightly. Please refer to our
Sizing Chart for a general idea of what size is best for you. If you are
unsure about your size, it’s a good idea to order the larger size.
How do I check the status of my order?
Please click on the order status link to find out the status of your order. Be sure
to have your order number available. Your order number can be found on your Order
Confirmation email.
